Refund policy

Pre-order cancellations

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Email hello@tarotforbros.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

No returns

All sales are final once your order ships. We do not accept returns, except for damaged items as described below.

Damaged items

If your deck arrives damaged, email hello@tarotforbros.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the damage. Once we have the photos, we will send you a replacement deck at no cost to you, including shipping.

Delays

If your order has not shipped by December 11, 2026, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Incorrect addresses

We cannot guarantee replacement of orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
