1. Who we are

This website is operated by Tarot for Bros LLC, a California limited liability company ("Tarot for Bros™," "we," "us"), 35 Miller Ave #1135, Mill Valley, CA 94941. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an unavailable product, and will refund you in full if we do. Sales tax is added where required.

3. Pre-orders

A pre-order is a purchase of a product not yet in our inventory. You are charged at checkout. Pre-orders ship between December 4 and December 11, 2026, once stock arrives. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Cancellation and refund rights are in our Refund Policy.

4. Shipping and returns

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms. All sales are final once shipped, except for damaged items as described in the Refund Policy.

5. What the cards are

Tarot for Bros™ decks are tools for reflection and self-inquiry. They are not predictions, and not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

6. Intellectual property

Tarot for Bros™ and all site content, including card artwork by Parker S. Jackson, copy, and design, are owned by Tarot for Bros LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing with credit is welcome.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Accounts and communications

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure. Marketing emails and texts are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law

California law governs these terms. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies.
